Major Subcontract definition

Major Subcontract means any Subcontract with a Subcontractor for those portions of the Work listed in Section 1.3 of Attachment G.
Major Subcontract means any Subcontract that is awarded to a Major Subcontractor.
Major Subcontract means (i) (a) any single agreement or purchase order with a Subcontractor or (b) multiple agreements or purchase orders with a single Subcontractor, for performance of any part of the Work that, in each case, has an aggregate value in excess of Dollars ($ ), or (ii) any agreement for the provision or supply of Major Equipment.

More Definitions of Major Subcontract

Major Subcontract means a Subcontract with a Major Subcontractor.
Major Subcontract means any Subcontract having an aggregate value in excess of Five Million U.S. Dollars (U.S.$5,000,000) and any Subcontract listed in Attachment G as a Subcontract for a specified critical element of the Work even if the Subcontract aggregate value is less than Five Million U.S. Dollars (U.S.$5,000,000).
Major Subcontract means, with respect to the Base Building Work or Tenant Improvement Work, any subcontract, trade contract, material agreement or supply contract relating to the construction of the Improvements or a component thereof in the amount of $1,000,000 or more.
Major Subcontract means any Subcontract with a Subcontractor for those portions of the Work listed in Section 1.3 of Attachment G. “Major Subcontractor” means a Subcontractor who enters into a Major Subcontract.
Major Subcontract means a subcontract related to the performance of this Contract and valued at Two Million Five Hundred Thousand U.S. dollars (U.S.$2,500,000) or more.
Major Subcontract means any subcontract between the Construction Contractor and any subcontractor or material supplier that provides for an aggregate contract price equal to or greater than Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000).
Major Subcontract means a Subcontract in excess of $250,000.
