Trade Contract definition

Trade Contract means a contract between the Authority and a Trade Contractor for the performance of a portion of the Project.
Trade Contract means any agreement (other than the Architect’s Agreement and the Construction Manager’s Agreement) entered into by Mortgage Borrower or by the Construction Manager, in which the trade contractor thereunder agrees to provide labor and/or materials in connection with the construction of the Project Improvements.
Trade Contract means any contract or purchase order between either Borrower or Manager or an Affiliate of Borrower or Manager, or the General Contractor, and any other Person pursuant to which such Person agrees to provide labor, materials, equipment or services in connection with the construction of the Required Improvements excluding, however, from this definition of Trade Contract, the Architect's Agreement, the Engineer's Agreement, the Construction Agreement, the Development Agreement, Management Agreement and any other agreements pertaining solely to testing and engineering and other professional services.

Trade Contract means any general construction contract entered into by Borrower with respect to the Construction of the Improvements that satisfies the conditions set forth in the Reimbursement Agreement, and shall require the Trade Contractor to name GDB as an additional named insurer under a payment and performance bond satisfactory to GDB as to form, content and issuer with respect to such Trade Contractor's obligations under its respective Trade Contract, and shall be otherwise satisfactory to GDB in form and content.
Trade Contract means any contract or subcontract with a Subcontractor for the supply of labor and/or materials in connection with the construction of the Improvements.
