Master Agency Agreement means that certain Amended and Restated Master Depository Accounts and Post Office Boxes and Agency Agreement, dated as of December 16, 2005 among DTCC, DTCS, Royal Bank of Scotland (successor-in-interest to Greenwich Capital Financial Products, Inc.), Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association and Wilmington Trust Company, in its capacity as owner trustee of certain “Current Trusts” identified therein, as amended, modified or supplemented from time to time, together with any acknowledgement and agreement.
