Minimum Authorized Denomination definition

Minimum Authorized Denomination has the meaning specified in Section 3.2.
Minimum Authorized Denomination means $100,000.
Minimum Authorized Denomination means with respect to a particular Bond, the minimum denomination in which such Bond is permitted to be issued as set forth in the Authorizing Document authorizing the issuance of such Bond.
