Mortgaged Real Estate definition

Mortgaged Real Estate means all real property and improvements owned by Trism and located at 0000 Xxxxx Xxxx in Kennesaw, Georgia comprising the Borrowers' executive offices and principal place of business.
Mortgaged Real Estate means all real property which, from time to time, is owned by a Credit Party and subject to a Mortgage.
Mortgaged Real Estate means the “Property”, as defined in the Mortgage.

More Definitions of Mortgaged Real Estate

Mortgaged Real Estate means (i) the Initially Selected Real Estate and any Additionally Selected Real Estate having an aggregate Net Orderly Liquidation Value of not less than the Minimum Real Estate Liquidation Value and which has become Accepted Real Estate, and (ii) any substitute real estate on which a Mortgage is granted pursuant to Section 7.2, in each case on and as to each of which the Agent shall receive Mortgages and the Real Property Documentation.
Mortgaged Real Estate means all Real Estate which, from time to time, is owned by a Credit Party and subject to a Mortgage, including, without limitation, the terminal properties located in Mount Xxxxxx, Missouri and Rogers, Arkansas, the Razorback Pipeline Property, the Florida Real Property Assets, and the Real Estate acquired from time to time pursuant to the Omnibus Agreement.
Mortgaged Real Estate means all Real Estate which, from time to time, is owned by a Credit Party and subject to a Mortgage, including, without limitation, the Real Estate noted on Schedule 6.19 as being subject to a Mortgage as of the Closing Date.
Mortgaged Real Estate means the Sturbridge Real Estate and any other owned Real Estate acquired by a Borrower after the Agreement Date which becomes subject to a Mortgage pursuant to SECTION 8.11
