MSA Determination definition

MSA Determination means the Commission Determination on the Mandatory Standard on Access, Determination No 3 of 2016 which came into operation on 1 January 2017 and any subsequent amendments thereto.
MSA Determination means the Commission Determination on the Mandatory Standard on Access, Determination No 2 of 2005 which came into operation on 1 July, 2005 and the Variation to Commission Determination on Mandatory Standard on Access (Determination No. 2 of 2005), Determination No. 2 of 2009 which came into operation on 2 February, 2009 and any subsequent amendments thereto.
MSA Determination means the Commission Determination on the Mandatory Standard on Access, Determination No 1 of 2022 which came into operation on 1 November 2022 and any subsequent amendments thereto.

Examples of MSA Determination in a sentence

  • Where relevant, the billing and settlement obligations set out in Section 5.11 of the MSA Determination shall be applicable.

  • Where the Access Seeker wishes to negotiate an Access Agreement, the Operators shall comply with the requirements under the MSA Determination particularly to subsections 5.4.2, 5.4.3, 5.4.13 and 5.4.15 of the MSA Determination in negotiating and concluding an Access Agreement.

  • The Commission has issued the MSA Determination and this RAO is prepared in compliance to subsection 5.3.3 of the MSA Determination.

  • If the Access Seeker has confirmed a Forecast under subsection 5.6.3 of the MSA Determination, it will be binding on the Access Seeker.

  • Does not include terms and conditions which are inconsistent with the rights and obligations set out in the MSA Determination.

  • The Operators may agree to an alternative forecasting procedure other than that set out in subsection 5.6 of the MSA Determination.

  • Subject to subsections 5.6.11 to 5.6.13 of the MSA Determination, the Access Provider must carry out network planning in order to enable Forecasts to be met.

  • SOFR Determination Time means 3:00 p.m. (New York time) on the U.S. Government Securities Business Day, at which time Compounded SOFR is published on the FRBNY’s Website.

  • Final Determination means the final resolution of liability for any Tax for any taxable period, by or as a result of (i) a final and unappealable decision, judgment, decree or other order by any court of competent jurisdiction; (ii) a final settlement with the IRS, a closing agreement or accepted offer in compromise under section 7121 or section 7122 of the Code, or a comparable agreement under the laws of other jurisdictions, which resolves the entire Tax liability for any taxable period; (iii) any allowance of a refund or credit in respect of an overpayment of Tax, but only after the expiration of all periods during which such refund may be recovered by the jurisdiction imposing the Tax; or (iv) any other final disposition, including by reason of the expiration of the applicable statute of limitations.

  • Periodic Term SOFR Determination Day has the meaning specified in the definition of “Term SOFR”.

  • LIBOR Determination Date With respect to any Interest Accrual Period for the LIBOR Certificates, the second London Business Day preceding the commencement of such Interest Accrual Period.

  • Interest Determination Date means, with respect to a Rate of Interest and Interest Accrual Period, the date specified as such hereon or, if none is so specified, (i) the first day of such Interest Accrual Period if the Specified Currency is Sterling or (ii) the day falling two Business Days in London for the Specified Currency prior to the first day of such Interest Accrual Period if the Specified Currency is neither Sterling nor euro or (iii) the day falling two TARGET Business Days prior to the first day of such Interest Accrual Period if the Specified Currency is euro.

  • Monthly Report Determination Date The meaning specified in Section 10.7(a).

  • Adverse determination shall have the meaning set forth in Section 19.7.
