Necessary Consents definition

Necessary Consents means planning permission and all other consents, licences, permissions and approvals whether of a public or private nature which shall be relevant in the context;
Necessary Consents means all approvals, permissions, consents, licences, registrations and authorisations (whether statutory or otherwise) which are required from time to time for the purposes of carrying out the Works whether required in order to comply with any legal requirement or as a result of any rights of any third party in relation to the Works;
