Project Approvals definition

Project Approvals means all approvals, consents, waivers, orders, agreements, authorizations, permits and licenses required under Applicable Laws or under the terms of any restriction, covenant, easement or agreement affecting all or any applicable Phase of the Project, or otherwise necessary or desirable for the ownership, acquisition, construction, development, equipping, use or operation of the Project.

Project Approvals shall have that meaning set forth in Recitals A through F of this Agreement.

Project Approvals means the Existing Approvals and all Subsequent Approvals.

Examples of Project Approvals in a sentence

• An administrative or legal/equitable challenge or proceeding addressing the validity of this Agreement, any other Project Approvals, the EIR/MMRP or any permit, approval, agreement or other entitlement or action of a governmental agency necessary or desirable for the development of the Project Site pursuant to this Agreement shall be deemed to create an excusable delay as to the Developer.

• The term of the Project Approvals identified in Section 1.05 of this Agreement, including any amendments to the Project Approvals approved in accordance with this Agreement but not including building permits issued for the construction of the Project, shall automatically be extended where necessary to remain in full force in effect for the longer of: (1) the Term of this Agreement or (2) the term normally given each applicable Project Approval under controlling law.

• All Project Approvals which may be granted pursuant to this Agreement, and all land use entitlements or approvals generally which have been issued or will be granted by the City with respect to the Project Site, constitute independent actions and approvals by the City.

• Each reference in this Agreement and in the Project Approvals to this Agreement shall be deemed to refer to the named document or plan as such document or plan may be amended from time to time, whether or not the particular reference refers to such possible amendment.

• Each Party shall execute and deliver to the other Party all such other further instruments and documents as may be reasonably necessary to carry out this Agreement and other Project Approvals in order to provide and secure to the other Party the full and complete enjoyment of its rights and privileges hereunder.

More Definitions of Project Approvals

Project Approvals means the approvals, certifications or actions listed on Exhibit B and any Subsequent Approvals, including all Conditions of Approval.

Project Approvals means all approvals, consents, waivers, orders, agreements, authorization, permits and licenses required under applicable Legal Requirements or under the terms of any restriction, covenant or easement affecting the Project, or otherwise necessary or desirable for the ownership, acquisition, construction and equipping, use and operation of the Project and the Improvements, whether obtained from a Governmental Authority or any other Person.

Project Approvals means (1) Ordinance No. <insert ordinance # here> approving the Planned Development Zone and this Agreement; (2) Resolution No. <insert resolution # here>, adopting the Mitigated Negative Declaration and Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program;(3) Development Review No. 14-0004599.

Project Approvals means, collectively, the Project's Existing Approvals and the Subsequent Approvals.

Project Approvals means the project approvals listed in Exhibit C.

Project Approvals has the meaning specified in Section 5.01(c)(i).

Project Approvals means (1) Ordinance No. xxxx approving the Planned Development Zone and this Agreement; (2) Resolution No. XXX approving the Development Review, Tentative Tract Map No. 74896 and an amendment to the Burbank Center Plan land use designation from Mixed Commercial/Office/Industrial to Mixed Commercial/Office/Residential and to change the subarea land use designation of the Project site from City Center West/RITC Corridor to City Center West/East Side (and portions of west side) of Victory Blvd., and south side of Burbank Blvd.; (3) Resolution No. xxxx, certifying the EIR and adopting findings, a Statement of Overriding Consideration and Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program; (4) other applications, approvals and entitlements relating to the development of the Project and the Project Site prior to the Effective Date; and (5) the Conditions of Approval..
