New Party definition

New Party means any political group which has filed a valid petition and is entitled to place its list of candidates on the ballot at the next general or special election;
New Party means a Party admitted to this Agreement after the Renewal Date;
New Party means a person, other than an Original Party, who is admitted as a party to this Agreement.

Examples of New Party in a sentence

  • Upon Novation, the New Party shall automatically and without any further action be entitled to all the same rights and assume the same obligations, under this Agreement, as if it were originally a party to this Agreement.

New Party means a person, other than an Original Party, who is admitted as a party to the Market Registration Framework Agreement.
