Additional Guarantor definition

Additional Guarantor means a company which becomes an Additional Guarantor in accordance with Clause 25 (Changes to the Obligors).
Additional Guarantor means any subsidiary of the Company that executes a Subsidiary Guarantee under the Indenture after the date of this Agreement.
