Non-Managing Member definition

Non-Managing Member means any Member other than the Managing Member (except to the extent the Managing Member holds Non-Managing Member Units).

More Definitions of Non-Managing Member

Non-Managing Member means any Person named as a Member on Schedule A other than the Corporate Manager, and any Person who becomes a Substitute or additional Non- Managing Member, in such Person’s capacity as a Non-Managing Member in the Company.

Non-Managing Member means any Person named as a Non-Managing Member in the Member Registry or any Substituted Non-Managing Member or Additional Non-Managing Member, in such Person’s capacity as a Non-Managing Member in the Company.
Non-Managing Member means each additional Person other than the Managing Member that owns one or more Units.
Non-Managing Member means each Person (other than the Managing Member) who is or hereafter becomes a Member.
