Noncompete Period definition

Noncompete Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.
Noncompete Period means the period beginning on the Closing Date and continuing for a period of five (5) years from the Closing Date.

  • Further, any termination by the Company without Good Cause or by Executive for Good Reason shall operate to eliminate the Non-compete Period set forth in Section 3.

  • It is specifically agreed that the Non-compete Period following termination of employment as defined in this Section 3, during which the agreements and covenants of Executive made in this Section 3 shall be effective, shall be computed by excluding from such computation any time during which Executive is in violation of any provision of this Section 3.

  • In addition, in the event of an alleged breach or violation by Executive of this Section 7, the Noncompete Period or the Nonsolicit Period, as applicable, shall be tolled until such breach or violation has been duly cured.

Noncompete Period has the meaning set forth in Section 6.6(a).
