An Officer of the Council concerned shall assist the Committee and place relevant records and documents before the Committee and make necessary arrangements for the conduct of the meetings; however, he/ she shall not be a part of the Committee.
The Licence Holder shall produce on demand to an Authorised Officer of the Council, proof of a contract for the disposal of trade refuse.

If the licensed site is obstructed by roadworks or other hazard the Licence Holder may consult an Authorised Officer of the Council or failing that a Police Officer in uniform and produce their Licence.
