Operational Term definition

Operational Term means [in respect of a Phase] the period from the Actual Completion Date [Phase Actual Completion Date] until the end of the Project Term;
Operational Term means the term of validity of a Digital Certificate commencing on the date of its issue and terminating on the earlier of (i) the date disclosed in that Digital Certificate or (ii) the date of that Digital Certificate’s Revocation.
Operational Term means any provision of the Crude Supply Agreement or the CRCCLP Crude Supply Agreement concerning the day-to-day performance of such agreement, including those provisions customarily waived or modified on a temporary basis in the ordinary course of business or pursuant to industry custom or practice, and which is not a Material Term.

  • Subject to Clause 23.24, the Authority is entitled to be reimbursed by Project Co for costs incurred by the Authority for Utilities supplied to the Facilities during the Operational Term that are consumed in the process of Project Co or any Project Co Party carrying out operations to rectify an Availability Failure.

Operational Term is defined in Section 5 below. "Option Period" is defined in Section 6 below.
Operational Term means the term set out in in clause 4(b). Operator includes, as the context requires, Operator Entities, the Operator's Subcontractors and Operator Personnel. Operator Entities means the Operator and, only in relation to the approved services, each Operator Related Body Corporate which is an Approved Subcontractor under clause 28. Operator Group means the Operator and each of the Operator's Related Bodies Corporate.
