Order Document definition

Order Document means any official Purchaser document and attachments thereto specifying the Software to be purchased from the Vendor under this Contract.
Order Document means the document(s), regardless of its actual name, executed by the Parties which incorporates by reference the terms of this Master Agreement and applicable Schedules, and describes Client’s order-specific information, such as description of Software or Services ordered, license scope, use and restrictions, fees, milestones, and/or Third Party EULAs, if any. At any time after execution of the initial Order Document, Client may purchase additional Software licenses or Services or otherwise expand the scope of such license or Services granted under an Order Document, upon MRI’s receipt and acceptance of a new Order Document specifying the foregoing.
Order Document means an order form or a similar document executed between GE and you for the provision of the Service Offerings, including any online orders submitted by you using the Predix Site and confirmed by us.

  • MarkLogic will make available to Customer, within 10 days after execution and receipt by MarkLogic of (i) the applicable Order Document and (ii) a Purchase Order (or purchase order exception form) from Customer, (a) a downloadable, machine-readable copy of the Software and (b) a downloadable, machine-readable copy of the Documentation.

  • The Services, provided under a SOW, may be related to Customer’s license to use Software which Customer may acquire under a separate Order Document.

  • The Support fee is as set forth in the applicable Order Document.

More Definitions of Order Document

Order Document means an order form or agreement that Customer and CCH have entered into as of the Effective Date pursuant to which Customer has licensed the Product.
Order Document means a document executed and delivered by the Parties for the purchase and/or provision of Products and/or Services under these Indirect Purchasing Terms and Conditions for Indirect Purchasing, including a purchase order or statement of work, whether so styled or otherwise.

Order Document means a CD Service Order, Statement of Work or LOA executed under the Agreement solely related to CSG’s provision of the Content Direct Services or any CD Technical Services related to the configuration, use or discontinuance of the Content Direct Services.
Order Document means a sales order, statement of work, or other document used to purchase Avalara Products(s) from Avalara.
