Bylaw 705, Section 1, paragraph (b) of the USSF Bylaws states: No decision of the CSL Competition Committee (name substituted for Organizational Member) that arises out of an application of the rules of competition which is made in the course of competition, and has no consequence beyond the competition, is appealable.
