Other Business Enterprise definition

Other Business Enterprise. (OBE) means any business which does not otherwise qualify as Minority, Woman, Disadvantaged or Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise.

Local Business Enterprise (LBE) – A firm having a Principal Place of Business and a Significant Employment Presence in San Diego City or County, California that has been in operation for 12 consecutive months and a valid business tax certificate. This definition is subsumed within the definition of Small Local Business Enterprise.
