Parking System definition

Parking System means the University’s existing parking facilities located on the Tallahassee campus of the University and such additional parking facilities as at some future date may be added to the Parking System.

Parking System means the electronic transfer system, using electronic records and telephone or internet, set up and maintained by the service provider to accept and record payments of parking charges on behalf of the Council.

Parking System means the system of public parking facilities of the City, as it may be constituted from time to time, which generate Parking Revenues pursuant to Ordinance 26546.

Parking System means the complete student parking lots and garage facilities owned, operated and maintained by the University Board at the University, together with any and all improvements, extensions and additions thereto."

Parking System or “Parking Operation” means the City’s oversight, management and coordination of a system of current and future Parking Facilities and the means and methods of financing the same, hardware and software systems, payment methods, permit arrangements in appropriate residential, retail, commercial, commuter and public event areas, cooperative arrangements with privately-owned parking facilities, collection and enforcement techniques, revenue-generating programs, way-finding techniques and equipment, and all other enhancements and improvements adopted by the Parking Division and implemented in the future in the best interest of the general public, local businesses, and visitors, taking into consideration that Parking Facilities may be phased initially and over time, with due consideration being given by the Parking Administrator for the transition of Parking Facilities from one to another in a manner that is fair and reasonable to the user during such transition period.

Parking System means the parking system consisting of the Parking Facilities, the Street Metered Spaces, the Street Permits Spaces and the Parking System Assets, including (i) the computer systems and software set forth on Schedule 14,(ii) each University Leased Property (until such time as that University Leased Property is no longer leased by the University), and (iii) all improvements of any and every kind whatsoever forming a part of and used in connection with the operation and maintenance of the Parking Facilities, but excluding any interest in the streets, sidewalks, paving or similar real property.

Parking System means the system consisting of (a) parking garages and surface lots, (b) 644 parking system assets (such as computer systems and software, payment and access control 645 equipment, operating and maintenance equipment, etc.), (c) once constructed, the Pedestrian 646 Bridge and Mid-Point Connector Pathway, and (d) any Developer installed landscaping, 647 improvements, equipment, or systems (such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical concerns 648 to the point of connection or tie-in to the overall GSB system), all of which are located on the 649 Parking System Site.

Parking System means Parking System as defined in the Lease Agreement.
