Participation Agreement definition

Participation Agreement means a written agreement entered into between a Participant and the Employer pursuant to the provisions of Section 4.1

Participation Agreement means an agreement between an employee and the Company in substantially the form of Appendix A attached hereto, and which may include such other terms as the Committee deems necessary or advisable in the administration of the Plan.

Participation Agreement has the meaning set forth under the definition of “Agreement”.

• This indemnification shall be in addition to and not in lieu of the indemnification provided for in the Participation Agreement or any other addendums or amendments thereto, but otherwise shall be subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Participation Agreement.

More Definitions of Participation Agreement

Participation Agreement. Means each Participation Agreement to be entered into by the Trustee pursuant to the Note Purchase Agreement, as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified in accordance with its terms.

Participation Agreement means an agreement entered into between the Trustee, the Manager and a Participating Dealer setting out, (amongst other things), the arrangements in respect of the issue of Units and the redemption and cancellation of Units.
