Examples of Paying Agents in a sentence
Whenever the Company shall have one or more Paying Agents for any series of Securities, it will, prior to each due date of the principal of or any premium or interest on any Securities of that series, deposit with a Paying Agent a sum sufficient to pay such amount, such sum to be held as provided by the Trust Indenture Legislation, and (unless such Paying Agent is the Trustee) the Company will promptly notify the Trustee of its action or failure so to act.
No Paying Agent shall exercise any lien, right of set-off or similar claim against any person to whom it makes any payment under Clause 8.1 (Payments by Paying Agents) in respect thereof, nor shall any commission or expense be charged by it to any such person in respect thereof.
The Operating Partnership may remove and replace the Security Registrar and Paying Agent for the Notes and appoint another Security Registrar and one or more other Paying Agents with respect to the Notes, subject to compliance with the applicable provisions of the Indenture.

It shall be the Depositor’s and Administrator’s duty and not the Owner Trustee’s, the Paying Agent's, the Indenture Trustee’s or the Certificate Registrar’s duty to prepare such filings, cause the Trust to make such filings, and to cause the Trust to comply with its obligations under the CTA, if any.
