Payment Services definition

Payment Services means such Services as We provide in relation to payments into and out of Your Account.

Payment Services means the services supplied by us to you under this Agreement, including issuing Cards, Accounts and IBANs; and executing Transactions;

Payment Services means the execution of payment services on your behalf.

Examples of Payment Services in a sentence

• Via the Other Payment Services, you may also initiate (a) a one-time Payment Instruction to a Receiver for which processing shall be initiated at a later specified date up to one (1) year, and (b) a recurring series of Payment Instructions to a Receiver for which processing shall be initiated on the specified dates.

• Section 34 (Limitation of Liability) of the General Terms does not apply to Zelle® Payment Services.

• In using the Zelle® and Other Payment Services, you understand that Receivers may reject Payment Instructions or otherwise return payments only if the Receiver is not enrolled in Zelle®.

• Section 30 (Indemnification) of the General Terms does not apply to Zelle® Payment Services.

• You consent to the receipt of emails or text messages from us, from Zelle®, from other Users that are sending you money or requesting money from you, and from other Network Financial Institutions or their agents regarding the Zelle® and Other Payment Services or related transfers between Network Financial Institutions and you.

More Definitions of Payment Services

Payment Services means the services we provide in relation to payments into and out of your Account.

Payment Services means the following Payment Services provided by the Card Issuer: (i) execution of payment Transactions within the Payment Limit determined by the Card Issuer within the meaning of point 4 below; (ii) Card issue; (iii) execution of Payment Transactions initiated by the Cardholders;

Payment Services means Services that involve electronic or check payments being made by ADP to third parties on Client’s behalf and at its direction.

Payment Services means the business activities set out in Annex I of the Law which are provided by the Bank in its capacity either as a Payment Service Provider for the Payer or as a Payment Service Provider for the Payee in accordance with the provisions of the Law, including the following:

Payment Services means CenturyLink electronic and online methods you use to view and pay such invoices to CenturyLink, including, but not limited to, the following: MyCenturyLink, AutoPay, eBilling, Quick Xxxx Pay, and payments you make through interactive voice response systems or through websites associated with or linked from xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx.

Payment Services means the services provided by us pursuant to the terms set out in Schedule 1.

Payment Services means the services provided by Airwallex to you under this Agreement relating to the payment of funds in a Supported Currency to a payee via the Wallet. Personal Data means information that identifies a specific living person (not a company, legal entity, or machine) that is collected, transmitted to or accessible through the Services and as otherwise defined in the Data Protection Legislation.
