Payment Services definition

Payment Services means such Services as We provide in relation to payments into and out of Your Account.

Payment Services means the services supplied by us to you under this Agreement, including issuing Cards, Accounts and IBANs; and executing Transactions;

Payment Services means the execution of payment services on your behalf.

Examples of Payment Services in a sentence

• You will agree to all merchant terms and conditions reasonable required by our third-party service providers in connection with the HOA Payment Services.

• Additional fees may be assessed to you when using Payment Services, and you agree to pay all such fees.

• We, through our third-party service provider, will create and host a payment page integrated to the HOA Payment Services.

• The Bill Payment Service is provided to you by a separate service provider and is governed by and subject to the Bill Payment Services Addendum and any other Terms and Conditions to which you separately agree upon enrollment which are incorporated herein by reference (collectively the “Bill Payment Terms and Conditions”).

• We reserve the right to terminate access to Payment Services for any account at any time.

More Definitions of Payment Services

Payment Services means the services we provide in relation to payments into and out of your Account.

Payment Services means the following Payment Services provided by the Card Issuer: (i) Execution of Payment Transactions within the Spending Limit determined by the Card Issuer within the meaning of article 4; (ii) Card issuance; (iii) Execution of Payment Transactions initiated by Cardholders;

Payment Services means Services that involve electronic or check payments being made by ADP to third parties on Client’s behalf and at its direction.

Payment Services means the business activities set out in Annex I of the Law which are provided by the Bank in its capacity either as a Payment Service Provider for the Payer or as a Payment Service Provider for the Payee in accordance with the provisions of the Law, including the following:

Payment Services means CenturyLink electronic and online methods you use to view and pay such invoices to CenturyLink, including, but not limited to, the following: MyCenturyLink, AutoPay, eBilling, Quick Xxxx Pay, and payments you make through interactive voice response systems or through websites associated with or linked from xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx.

Payment Services means the services provided by us pursuant to the terms set out in Schedule 1.

Payment Services means the services provided by Airwallex to you under this Agreement relating to the payment of funds in a Supported Currency to a payee via the Wallet. Personal Data means information that identifies a specific living person (not a company, legal entity, or machine) that is collected, transmitted to or accessible through the Services and as otherwise defined in the Data Protection Legislation.
