Personal Data Processor definition

Personal Data Processor means any person other than an employee of the Company (or the applicable Data Subject) that Processes or has access to any Personal Data Processed by or on behalf of the Company.

Personal Data Processor means any Person other than an employee of the Group Companies that acquires, transmits or stores Personal Data or has access to any Personal Data acquired, transmitted or stored by or on behalf of the Group Companies.

Personal Data Processor has the meaning set forth in Section 3.20(h).
