Plan Holder definition

Plan Holder or “Plan Holders” means the individuals listed on the Travel MedEvac enrollment application, whose Travel MedEvac enrollment application has been accepted and approved by us and who have fully paid the applicable plan fees. The Plan Holder is alternatively referred to as “you,” “your,” or the “patient.”
Plan Holder means you or, where you are purchasing the Funeral Plan for the benefit of some other person, that other person. References in these terms to ‘your representatives’ shall only be applicable where you are the Plan Holder or if you pre-decease the Plan Holder.
Plan Holder means a prospective Bidder that received a set of Contract Documents prior to the bid opening.

Plan Holder or “Registered Plan Holder" means a firm, business, or individual who has either downloaded or requested a copy of the solicitation document from the Purchasing Director or the Leon County purchasing website.
