Power Company means a company owning or holding, under lease or otherwise,

Power Company means a company owning or holding, under lease or otherwise, any property in this state, including wind turbine electric generation units, and operating it for the purpose of furnishing or distributing electric light, electric power, or steam heat for public use.

• The policies of Northern States Power Company related to sharing aggregated information are part of the data privacy policies contained in the attached Exhibit 1 of this Solar*Rewards Community Subscriber Agency Agreement and Consent Form and should be provided to the Subscriber by the Community Solar Garden Operator pursuant Section 3 above.

Power Company means a company owning or holding, under lease or otherwise, any property in this state, and operating the same, for the purpose of furnishing electric light, electric power, or steam heat, or distributing the same, for public use.
