Power Tools means the Power Tools portion of FMT that today is in the business of manufacturing, production, assembly, sale, offering and service of cordless tools, pneumatic tools, impact wrenches, ratchets, grinders, xxxxxxx, polishers and buffers, cutting tools, needle and chisel scalers, drills, hammers, construction tools, torque multipliers, DC electric fastening systems, cordless precision fasteners, pulse tools, screwdrivers, nutrunners, riveters, calibration equipment, drills, engine starting systems (including engine barring motors and air starters) and air motors, and related parts and accessories and service offerings.
Power Tools means the Power Tools portion of FMT that today is in the business of manufacturing, production, assembly, sale, offering and service of cordless tools, pneumatic tools, impact wrenches, ratchets, grinders, sanders, polishers and buffers, cutting tools, needle and chisel scalers, drills, hammers, construction tools, torque multipliers, DC electric fastening systems, cordless precision fasteners, pulse tools, screwdrivers, nutrunners, riveters, calibration equipment, drills, engine starting systems (including engine barring motors and air starters) and air motors, and related parts and accessories and service offerings.
Power Tools means corded and cordless handheld power tools, bench power tools, saw blades, batteries and chargers, power tool accessories, air tools and compressors, wet dry vacs, miter saws, riveters, rivets, and any items similarly situated to the foregoing, and any derivatives, combinations or extensions of the foregoing.

Power Tools means any OUTDOOR PRODUCT (excluding riding mowers) and any other powered tool or appliance and any accessory therefor (i) that is used for cutting, including but not limited to construction material, food or vegetation; drilling; hammering; planing, measuring; soldering; grinding; sanding; sawing; spraying; fastening; polishing; screwdriving; nutdriving; compressing; vacuum cleaning; grass cutting; hedge trimming; pruning; mowing; blowing; cooking, hearing, gluing; can opening; knife sharpening; ironing; food preparation including but not limited to juicing, chopping and mixing; or lighting; and (ii) that can be, in use, portable, bench top, countertop, stationary (ground or floor-supported) or wheeled.

  • Power System means all aspects of generation, transmission, distribution and supply of electricity and includes one or more of the following, namely:-

  • Small Tools means items that are ordinarily required for a worker’s job function, including but not limited to, equipment that ordinarily has no licensing, insurance or substantive storage costs associated with it; such as circular and chain saws, impact drills, threaders, benders, wrenches, socket tools, etc.

  • Powertrain means the total combination in a vehicle of propulsion energy storage system(s), propulsion energy converter(s) and the drivetrain(s) providing the mechanical energy at the wheels for the purpose of vehicle propulsion, plus peripheral devices.

  • Modules means the Base Modules and Extended Modules.

  • Development Tools means the development kits, programming tools, emulators and other materials that may be used in the development of Games under this Agreement.

  • Capacity Interconnection Rights means the rights to input generation as a Generation Capacity Resource into the Transmission System at the Point of Interconnection where the generating facilities connect to the Transmission System.

  • RAI MDS Tools means the standardized Resident Assessment Instrument – Minimum Data Set (“RAI MDS”) 2.0, the RAI MDS 2.0 User Manual and the RAI MDS Practice Requirements, as the same may be amended from time to time.

  • Online tool means an electronic service provided by a custodian that allows the user, in an agreement distinct from the terms-of-service agreement between the custodian and user, to provide directions for disclosure or nondisclosure of digital assets to a third person.

Extended Enterprise User means an employee of Customer’s affiliate(s), supplier(s) and/or customer(s) authorized to use Customer’s DS Offering for the sole and exclusive purpose of enabling the Extended Enterprise User(s) to conduct business with Customer. The use of the DS Offering by any such Extended Enterprise User(s) (1) shall be solely limited to use (a) as configured and deployed by Customer and (b) in connection with the Extended Enterprise User’s performance of services for and on behalf of Customer, and (2) shall exclude any use by Extended Enterprise User (a) for its own account or a third party’s account, or (b) for the purpose of modifying, otherwise using, maintaining or hosting the DS Offering. Extended Enterprise Users are authorized if so specified in the Product Portfolio.

  • Electric power train means the electrical circuit which includes the traction motor(s), and may also include the REESS, the electrical energy conversion system, the electronic converters, the associated wiring harness and connectors, and the coupling system for charging the REESS.

  • Generation Interconnection Customer means an entity that submits an Interconnection Request to interconnect a new generation facility or to increase the capacity of an existing generation facility interconnected with the Transmission System in the PJM Region. Generation Interconnection Request:

  • Digital Cross Connect System or "DCS" is a function which provides automated Cross Connection of Digital Signal Level 0 (DS0) or higher transmission bit rate digital channels within physical interface facilities. Types of DCS include but are not limited to DCS 1/0s, DCS 3/1s, and DCS 3/3s, where the nomenclature 1/0 denotes interfaces typically at the DS1 rate or greater with Cross Connection typically at the DS0 rate. This same nomenclature, at the appropriate rate substitution, extends to the other types of DCS specifically cited as 3/1 and 3/3. Types of DCS that cross connect Synchronous Transport Signal level 1 (STS-1 s) or other Synchronous Optical Network (SONET) signals (e.g., STS-3) are also DCS, although not denoted by this same type of nomenclature. DCS may provide the functionality of more than one of the aforementioned DCS types (e.g., DCS 3/3/1 which combines functionality of DCS 3/3 and DCS 3/1). For such DCS, the requirements will be, at least, the aggregation of requirements on the "component" DCS. In locations where automated Cross Connection capability does not exist, DCS will be defined as the combination of the functionality provided by a Digital Signal Cross Connect (DSX) or Light Guide Cross Connect (LGX) patch panels and D4 channel banks or other DS0 and above multiplexing equipment used to provide the function of a manual Cross Connection. Interconnection is between a DSX or LGX to a Switch, another Cross Connection, or other service platform device.

  • Generator means a device that produces electricity.

  • Waterworks System or “system” means a system of pipes and structures through which water is obtained and distributed, including but not limited to wells and well structures, intakes and cribs, pumping stations, treatment plants, storage tanks, pipelines and appurtenances, or a combination thereof, actually used or intended for use for the purpose of furnishing water for drinking or household purposes.

[Insert name of the District and State] having a separate control system, metering and separate points of injection into the grid at Delivery/Interconnection/Metering point at ISTS substation or in case of sharing of transmission lines, by separate injection at pooling point. This includes all units and auxiliaries such as water supply, treatment or storage facilities; bay/s for transmission system in the switchyard, dedicated transmission line up to the Delivery Point and all the other assets, buildings/structures, equipment, plant and machinery, facilities and related assets required for the efficient and economic operation of the power generation facility; whether completed or at any stage of development and construction or intended to be developed and constructed for the purpose of supply of power as per this Agreement;

  • Power Station means the generating station as described in Recital A or a Unit thereof, and shall include the Dedicated Transmission System, Project Assets, Project Facilities;
