Predevelopment Costs definition

Predevelopment Costs means costs and fees associated with the Predevelopment Activities and related activities, including but not limited to financial and legal services and preparation of funding applications, as shown in the Predevelopment Budget.
Predevelopment Costs means the cost of performing the Predevelopment Activities as shown in the Predevelopment Budget.
Predevelopment Costs means those expenses for a developer which are not administrative, but are necessary for planning activities before any construction, rehabilitaion or renovation of housing for low and moderate income families may begin.

More Definitions of Predevelopment Costs

Predevelopment Costs means the costs incurred by Tenant in developing the Preliminary Project Program, or the design of the Project or goods, equipment or services prior to the satisfaction of all contingencies provided in Section 2.03 herein.

Predevelopment Costs means all costs related to the preliminary development of a project which include, but are not limited to, the costs of preliminary plans, studies, surveys, architectural designs, plans, reports, application fees, legal fees, financing fees, consulting fees, working drawings, or specifications undertaken in preparation for the development or offering of a health care project.
