Price Schedule definition

Price Schedule means the schedules or any part or individual schedule thereof, submitted by the Bidder with his Bid and forming a part of the Contract;
Price Schedule means the bill of quantities and rates, as contained in PART C2, for each function to be performed, as accepted by the Nama Khoi Municipality at the Commencement Date, and which may be adjusted by agreement to reflect cost implications, if any, of variation orders and any other changes to the goods;
