Pricing Rate definition

Pricing Rate the per annum percentage rate for determination of the Price Differential;
Pricing Rate means the per annum percentage rate agreed to by Seller and the Participating Funds for a repurchase transaction.
Pricing Rate means the per annum percentage rate for determination of the Price Differential as set forth in the Pricing Side Letter.

Pricing Rate shall have the meaning set forth in the Pricing Side Letter.

(w) "Sale Date" shall mean the Banking Day on which Securities and Cash Collateral, if any, are to be sold to the Participating Funds by Seller pursuant to a repurchase transaction hereunder. (x) "Sale Price" shall mean the price agreed upon by the Participating Funds and Seller at which the Securities and Cash Collateral, if any, are to be sold to the Participating Funds by Seller. (y) "Securities" shall mean all Eligible Securities delivered by Seller or to be delivered by Seller to the Participating Funds pursuant to a particular repurchase transaction and not yet repurchased hereunder, together with all rights related thereto and all proceeds thereof. (z) "Securities System" shall have the meaning set forth in Paragraph 3(c) of this Agreement. (aa) "Seller" shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement. (bb) "Seller Account" shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble of this Agreement. Pricing Rate has the meaning assigned to such term in the Pricing Side Letter.
