Principal Securities Exchange definition

Principal Securities Exchange means any United States or Canadian national stock exchange or automated inter-dealer quotation system upon which the Common Shares are listed or quoted. As of the date hereof, the Principal Securities Exchange for the Common Shares is the TSX;
Principal Securities Exchange means any United States national stock exchange or automated inter-dealer quotation system upon which the Company has listed the Common Shares for trading; as of the date hereof, the Principal Securities Exchange for the Common Shares is the NYSE American;
Principal Securities Exchange means the New York Stock Exchange, but if the New York Stock Exchange is not the principal U.S. trading market for the Series A Common Units, the "Principal Securities Exchange" shall be deemed to mean the principal U.S. National Securities Exchange on which the Series A Common Units are traded, or if the Series A Common Units are not then listed or admitted to trading on any National Securities Exchange but are designated as a national market system security or a Nasdaq SmallCap Market Security by the NASD, or any successor thereto, then such market system, or if the Series A Common Units are not listed or quoted on any of the foregoing, then the OTC Bulletin Board.

Principal Securities Exchange means any Canadian or United States national stock exchange or automated inter-dealer quotation system upon which the Common Shares are listed or quoted from time to time and which forms the primary trading market for the Company Shares;
