Principal’s Representative definition

Principal’s Representative means the person nominated by the Principal or other person from time to time appointed in writing by the Principal to act as the Principal’s Representative for the purposes of the Contract.

Principal’s Representative means the person identified as such in the Engagement Documents or otherwise notified to the Supplier verbally or in writing from time to time;

Principal’s Representative means the person named in the Special Conditions or such other person from time to time nominated by the Principal under 3.1.

Examples of Principal’s Representative in a sentence

• Xxxxxxxxx as his or its representative, agent, and attorney-in-fact ("Principals' Representative") pursuant to an agreement in the form of Exhibit 13.15 ("Principals' Representative Agreement") and has provided to the Principals' Representative the full legal authority, capacity, and power to act on behalf of such Principal with respect to any matters arising under this Agreement or in connection therewith.

• The Contractor shall keep in their true positions all Survey Marks supplied by the Principal's Representative.

• If the Principal's Representative becomes aware of work under the Contract carried out (including material provided) by the Contractor which does not comply with the Contract, the Principal's Representative shall as soon as practicable give the Contractor written details thereof.

• Each of Bxxxxxxxx, WTI and WTC shall be entitled to rely, and shall in no way be liable for relying, on the full legal authority, capacity, and power of the Principals' Representative to act on behalf of each Principal with respect to any matter arising hereunder or in connection herewith without further inquiry.

• The Contractor shall rectify every error in the position, level, dimensions or alignment of any work under the Contract after promptly notifying the Principal's Representative and unless the Principal's Representative within 3 days directs otherwise.

More Definitions of Principal’s Representative

Principal’s Representative means the person identified in the Engagement Documents or otherwise notified to the Supplier pursuant to clause 8.1;

The Principal’s Representative is authorised to perform all of the Principal’s obligations and exercise all of Principal’s powers under the Contract.

Principal’s Representative means the person identified as such in the Tender Information;

Principal’s Representative means the individual specified in Item 1 of the Reference Schedule or such other person as is notified in writing by the Principal to the Recycler as the Principal's Representative for the purposes of this Agreement.
