PROCEDURES FOR SUPPLEMENTAL PAYMENT CALCULATIONS. All calculations required by this Article VI, including but not limited to: (i) the calculation of the Applicant’s Stipulated Supplemental Payment Amount; (ii) the determination of both the Annual Limit and the Aggregate Limit; (iii) the effect, if any, of the Aggregate Limit upon the actual amount of Supplemental Payments eligible to be paid to the District by the Applicant; and (iv) the carry forward and accumulation of any of the Applicant’s Stipulated Supplemental Payment Amounts unpaid by the Applicant due to the Aggregate Limit in previous years, shall be calculated by the Third Party selected pursuant to Section 4.3.

PROCEDURES FOR SUPPLEMENTAL PAYMENT CALCULATIONS. A. If the Supplemental Payment is based on the Annual Limit, the District Superintendent of Schools or his or her designee shall make the calculations. If the Supplemental Payment is based on the Stipulated Supplemental Payment Amount the calculations shall be made by the Consultant selected pursuant to Section 4.4.
PROCEDURES FOR SUPPLEMENTAL PAYMENT CALCULATIONS. A. All calculations required by this Article VI, including but not limited to: (i) the calculation of the Initial Supplemental Payment; (ii) the calculation of the Applicant’s Stipulated Supplemental Payment Amount; (iii) the determination of both the Annual Limit and the Aggregate Limit; (iv) the effect, if any, of the Aggregate Limit upon the actual amount of Supplemental Payments eligible to be paid to the District by the Applicant; (v) the carry forward and application of the Initial Supplemental Payment to reduce payments of amounts otherwise due under this Article IV and the amount of any remaining balance of the Initial Supplemental Payment that has not been so applied prior to the termination of this Agreement; and (vi) the carry forward and accumulation of any of the Applicant’s Stipulated Supplemental Payment Amounts unpaid by the Applicant due to the Aggregate Limit in previous years, shall be calculated by the Third Party selected pursuant to Section 4.3.
PROCEDURES FOR SUPPLEMENTAL PAYMENT CALCULATIONS. A. The calculation of the Stipulated Supplemental Payment Amount shall be made by the Consultant selected pursuant to Section 4.4.
PROCEDURES FOR SUPPLEMENTAL PAYMENT CALCULATIONS. A. The calculations made by the Third Party Consultant shall be made at the same time and on the same schedule as the calculations made pursuant to Section 4.7.
