Procurement Policies definition

Procurement Policies mean the Policies for the Procurement of Works and Goods Financed by the Inter-American Development Bank in force at the time of the approval of the Loan by the Bank.
Procurement Policies means the procurement policies and directives in effect from time to time respecting the procurement of equipment, services and supplies applicable to Metrolinx;
Procurement Policies means the Holder’s policies, procedures, standards and requirements relating to procurement from time to time;

More Definitions of Procurement Policies

Procurement Policies means the Ontario Government policies and directives in effect from time to time respecting the procurement of equipment, services and supplies, including construction, applicable to Ontario Government ministries and Crown Agencies and the Broader Public Sector (as defined from time to time in the procurement policies).
Procurement Policies means the procurement policies and directives in effect from time to time respecting the procurement of equipment, services and supplies applicable to Metrolinx as the case may be, and includes without limitation the Canadian Content Policy;
Procurement Policies means the policies of the Company governing the procurement of goods and services by the Procurement Division, as established by the Board. The Procurement Policies shall be established from time to time by a Director Regular Vote and shall address and take into account or allow for decisions by the Procurement Division to consider price equalization on a commodity-by-commodity basis made on a basis similar to current practices of The Coca-Cola Bottlers’ Association. The Procurement Policies will take into consideration the quality, service, financial condition and stability of particular suppliers.
Procurement Policies means the written policies approved by Council that are intended to supplement this by-law.

  • Resettlement Policy Framework or “RPF” means the resettlement policy framework adopted by the Recipient on January 20, 2011, setting forth, inter alia, a brief description of the Project and components for which land acquisition and Resettlement are required, the principles and objectives governing Resettlement preparation and implementation, and a description of the process for preparing and approving site-specific Resettlement Action Plans.

  • Procurement Contract or “Contract” means any written agreement of the Authority for the acquisition of goods or services of any kind in the actual or estimated amount of $25,000, or more.
