Product Formula definition

Product Formula means, with respect to the Product or any Variant thereof, the specific percentages and specifications for the mixing and preparation of the ingredients used in the manufacture or production of such Product or any Variant thereof, taken as a whole and not in part. For the avoidance of doubt, a Product Formula (a) does not include Manufacturing Know-How associated with the manufacture of the Product or any Variant thereof to which such Product Formula relates and (b) does not refer separately to a particular ingredient or specification or combination of ingredients and/or specifications that do not comprise the entire, specific Product Formula.
Product Formula means the chemical recipe of a particular product that comprises the Goods for the purposes of these Conditions (and “Product Formulae” shall be construed accordingly).

  • If an Early Expiration Event is deemed to have occurred, the Product Formula used to determine the Early Settlement Price equals a predetermined value.Unless the Product has been previously exercised or cancelled, the Product Formula used to determine the Final Settlement Price in respect of this Product depends on the realisation of one among two possible scenarios.

  • With Add-on relating to hedging fees applicable to a Product Formula being applicable as per Condition1.4.8 of the Additional Terms and Conditions relating to Formulae.

  • This Product may be subject to Event-linked Early Expiration: o If an Early Expiration Event is deemed to have occurred, the Product Formula used to determine the Early Settlement Price relies on the then UnderlyingPrice.

  • With hedging fees applicable to a Product Formula Add-on as per Condition 1.4.8 of the Additional Terms and Conditions relating to Formulae.

  • Unless the Product has been previously exercised or cancelled, the Product Formula used to determine the Final Settlement Price in respect of this Product is determined on the basis of the level of the Leveraged Strategy.

Related to Product Formula

  • Hemp product means the same as that term is defined in § 3.2-4112.

  • Product Group or “the Group” means a group of lotteries that has joined together to offer a product pursuant to the terms of the Multi-State Lottery Agreement and the Product Group’s own rules.

  • Milk product or "dairy product" means cottage cheese, dry curd cottage cheese, reduced fat cottage cheese, lowfat cottage cheese, cream, light cream, light whipping cream, heavy cream, heavy whipping cream, whipped cream, whipped light cream, sour cream, acidified sour cream, cultured sour cream, half-and-half, sour half-and-half, acidified sour half-and-half, cultured sour half-and-half, reconstituted or recombined milk and milk products, concentrated milk, concentrated milk products, skim milk, lowfat milk, frozen milk concentrate, flavored milk, eggnog, buttermilk, cultured milk, cultured lowfat milk, cultured skim milk, yogurt, lowfat yogurt, nonfat yogurt, acidified milk, acidified lowfat milk, acidified skim milk, low-sodium milk, low-sodium lowfat milk, low-sodium skim milk, lactose-reduced milk, lactose-reduced lowfat milk, lactose-reduced skim milk, aseptically processed and packaged milk, milk products with added safe and suitable microbial organisms, and any other milk product made by the addition or subtraction of milkfat or addition of safe and suitable optional ingredients for protein, vitamin, or mineral fortification. Unless a product is considered a milk product under this subdivision, milk product does not include dietary products, infant formula, ice cream or other desserts, cheese, or butter. Milk products include the following:

  • Roll-on product means any antiperspirant or deodorant that dispenses active ingredients by rolling a wetted ball or wetted cylinder on the affected area.

  • Approved Product means any water fitting, plumbing product, material or component which is the subject of an existing WRAS Approval;

  • New Product means the Synology-branded hardware product and Synology-branded accessories contained in the original packaging Customer bought from an authorized Synology distributor or reseller. You may see our “New Product” at Product Support Status.

  • Aerosol product means a pressurized spray system that dispenses product ingredients by means of a propellant contained in a product or a product's container, or by means of a mechanically induced force. “Aerosol Product” does not include “Pump Spray.”

  • Nicotine product means a product that contains nicotine and is not any of the following:

  • Bulk Product means Licensed Product supplied in a form other than Finished Product which can be converted into Finished Product.

  • Collaboration Product means a pharmaceutical product containing or comprising Compound in any dosage form alone, or in combination with, one or more other pharmaceutically active ingredients, and any and all Improvements thereto.

  • Drug Product means a specific drug in dosage form from a known source of manufacture, whether

  • Product Schedule means PTC’s standard order form entitled “PTC Product Schedule” (including all schedules, attachments and other document(s) specifically referenced therein) or such alternative order form as may be submitted by Customer and accepted by PTC, in each case that specifies (i) the Licensed Products and/or Services ordered; and (ii) for Licensed Products, the installation address (including the Designated Country) and the Licence Term.

  • SKU means stock keeping unit.

  • Drug sample means a unit of a prescription drug that is not intended to be sold and is intended to promote the sale of the drug.

  • Product Family means an SAP product family which may comprise of one or several SAP software products or services as further set out in the applicable RSPI.

  • Product means any deliverable under the Contract, which may include commodities, services, technology or software.

  • Royalty-Bearing Product means (a) any Product that is not a Co-Developed Product and (b) any Co-Developed Product to the extent sold outside of the Co-Development Territory.

  • Combination Products means any product containing both a pharmaceutically active agent or ingredient which constitutes a Licensed Product and one or more other pharmaceutically active agents or ingredients which do not constitute Licensed Products.

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;

  • Finished Product means a cannabis product in its final form to be sold at a retail premises.

  • Bundled Product means Product sold together with any other product(s) or service(s) at a single unit price, whether packaged together or separately, and which other product(s) or service(s) have material independent value from Product itself.

  • Runtime Product means the version specific files and application program interfaces (APIs) specified in the RUNTIME.TXT file provided with SAP Crystal Reports 2008, SAP Crystal Reports for Eclipse 2.0, and SAP Crystal Reports for Visual Studio 2010.
