Product Specifications definition

Product Specifications means the specifications, features and/or terms of any "Contract" (as defined in the LME Rules) listed for trading on the LME, as described in the LME Rules;

Product Specifications means the specifications for the Supplied Product contained in the applicable Regulatory Approval and any specifications mutually agreed to by the Parties established in connection with the Supplied Product and changes to such specifications made at the request of a Regulatory Authority in the Horizon Territory or by mutual agreement of the Parties from time to time, including the specifications set forth on Schedule 1.49.

Product Specifications means the quality and other specifications set forth on Appendix 2 to this Agreement.

More Definitions of Product Specifications

Product Specifications mean the technical specifications provided by Company for the Company Product as further described and delivered as set forth in the applicable Product Supplement.

Product Specifications means the technical and functional specifications for a Product as outlined in the Product Design Document (as may be amended by the parties in writing pursuant to the terms of this Agreement).

Product Specifications means, with respect to Product, the specifications and testing to be performed for the Raw Materials, the Product, and/or the stability program that are set forth in Xxxxxx’x SOPs and the Master Batch Records. The Product Specifications include all tests that Baxter is required to conduct or cause to be conducted as specified in the Product Master Plan. The Product Specifications may be modified from time to time only by a written agreement of Celator and Baxter.
