Project Areas definition

Project Areas means the redevelopment project areas described in the Redevelopment Plans.

Project Areas means, in respect of each Project Entity, the areas within said Project Entity, selected by agreement between the Bank and said Project Entity, in which the Project is to be carried out; and “Project Area” means any of the Project Areas.

Examples of Project Areas in a sentence

• Project location maps - Prepare a color map of Project Area(s), in format acceptable to Director, identifying City Council Districts in which Project is located.

• The Applicants shall answer these questions with respect to the entirety of the OHV operation, including all trails and areas available for OHV Recreation, not just specific Projects or Project Areas.

• The Property consists of three (3) separate project areas, as identified on Exhibit A (each referred to herein as respectively as a "Project Areas" and together as the "Project Areas").

• If allowed by the IFD Act, the IFD shall include separate Project Areas, as requested by Developer in writing.

More Definitions of Project Areas

Project Areas means the areas depicted or described in Exhibit C attached to and made a part of this Agreement.

Project Areas means all lands withdrawn or acquired in the name of the United States, and waters within the Folsom and Auburn Folsom South Unit cited in the title to this agreement (as shown on Exhibit A) for which management of recreation and recreation facilities is authorized pursuant to this Agreement. The Project Areas also include lands covered by flood easements and lands withdrawn by Federal agencies other than Reclamation when these lands are part of the authorized projects, and included in current or future agreements between the Federal agency and Reclamation for management of recreation and other purposes.

Project Areas means the Project Areas as defined in the Official Statement.

Project Areas means the areas in Metropolitan Manila, and the jurisdictions of LLDA.

Project Areas means areas outside the Contract Area (as hereinafter defined) designated as such and delineated in a feasibility study report for mining development by the Company necessary for treatment and infrastructure facilities connected with such mining development.

Project Areas means the sites in the vicinity of the cities of Herat, Bamyan, Jalalabad, Mazir-a-Sharif and Kabul, and/or their hinterlands, selected or to be selected by the PMU (as define herein below) on the basis of their physical accessibility and security, assured irrigation water supply, synergy with other projects, coverage of agro-ecological zones, prevailing cropping systems, and presence of water management problems; said sites to be agreed with to the World Bank.

Project Areas means the Construction Site and the Maintenance Site.
