Project Operational Manual means the Project Operational Manual, to be adopted in accordance with Section 6.01 (a) of this Agreement, giving details of guidelines and procedures agreed with the Association for the implementation, supervision, and monitoring and evaluation, of the Project, and the procurement procedures and guidelines for Sub-Projects, as same may be amended from time to time in agreement with the Association, and such term includes any schedules to the Project Operational Manual;

Project Operational Manual or “POM” means the manual, satisfactory to the Association, and referred to in Section I.C of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, as the same may be amended from time to time with agreement of the Association.

More Definitions of Project Operational Manual

Project Operational Manual means the manual referred to in paragraph 1 of Schedule 5 to this Agreement, outlining policies and implementation procedures including institutional strengthening and social mitigation plans as well as monitoring guidelines for the Project and other related documents. Said manual may be amended for time to time with the Bank’s prior approval, and such term includes any schedules to the Project Operation Manual, including the Small Grants Operational Manual, the environmental guidelines for all infrastructure investments under the Project, as well as the guidelines on cultural property and on resettlement;

Project Operational Manual means the manual referred to in Section I.B.I of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, setting forth policies, procedures and institutional arrangements designed to ensure efficient and effective implementation of the Project (other than Part 2 thereof), including the finance and accounting procedure manual, the environmental and social management manual, eligibility criteria for REA Subprojects and institutional arrangements designed to ensure the proper appraisal, approval and supervision of the REA Subprojects.

Project Operational Manual means the manual satisfactory to the Bank, to be adopted pursuant to Section 5.01 (c) of this Agreement, setting forth the operational, maintenance and administrative procedures for the implementation of the Project.

Project Operational Manual means the operational manual adopted by ECTEL, in April 2005, including all annexes thereto, which sets forth the policies and procedures for carrying out the Project, as the same may be amended from time to time with the prior agreement of the Bank;

Project Operational Manual means the Recipient’s manual referred to in Section I.B.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
