Project Report definition

Project Report means a summary statement of the likely environmental effects of a proposed development referred to in section 58;
Project Report means the document set out under Part B.1 of Schedule “B” of this Agreement.

More Definitions of Project Report

Project Report means the project report including the drawings of each and every site, as submitted by the Concessionaire as per Article 4.3 of this Agreement.
