Promotional Purposes definition

Promotional Purposes means the promotion by or on behalf of SCT on its website, the Platform and elsewhere of the work SCT carries out and the Objective, including the promotion of the Club, the Network and the alumni network (as defined in the Collaboration Agreement), including but not limited to by way of publication of Club Material in promotional films, brochures, campaigns or other promotional material. SCT: as defined in the Collaboration Agreement. SCT Marks: means the name, logo and / or related trade or service marks of SCT, whether registered or unregistered, including those set out in Schedule 1 to the Collaboration Agreement.
Promotional Purposes means use of the Association Database or HBI Database for the primary purpose of advertising, marketing, or promoting any good or service, including without limitation advertising delivery, measurement and targeting, profiling of audiences, lead generation, cooperative marketing programs, list rental for purposes of advertising and promotional activity, client database enhancement and development, and the sale of branded merchandise.
Promotional Purposes means use of the Unique Names, or part of them, for the primary purpose of advertising, marketing or promoting any good or service, including, without limitation, advertising delivery, measurement and targeting, profiling of audiences, lead generation, cooperative marketing programs, list rental for purposes of advertising and promotional activities, client database enhancement and development, and the sale of branded merchandise associated with the ATHM and its Affiliate's brand names.

Promotional Purposes means the Tradie Digital promoting its business by way of its website, its Facebook and LinkedIn pages, email marketing campaigns and by way of other print and online means.

  • Educational Purposes means use for the purpose of education, teaching, distance learning, private study and/or research.

  • Educational purpose means classroom activities, research in academic subjects, career or professional development activities, Green Dot approved personal research activities, or other purposes as defined by the School from time to time.
