Property Restrictions means the documents that govern the restrictions on the Property, including but not limited to any Planning Approval, this Declaration, the Notice of Special Restrictions, the Procedures Manual, and, if applicable, Planning Code Section 415.

Property Restrictions means any rights of way, agreements, laws, ordinances and regulations affecting building use, occupancy or access, or reservations of an interest in title, except for Property Restrictions and other limitations of any kind, if any, which, individually or in the aggregate, are not material in amount, do not materially detract from the value of or materially interfere with the present use of any of the Company Properties or the IRT Properties, as applicable, subject thereto or affected thereby, and do not otherwise have a Company Material Adverse Effect or IRT Material Adverse Effect, as applicable.
