When required by Federal program legislation, all prime construction contracts in excess of $2,000 awarded by non-Federal entities must include a provision for compliance with the Xxxxx-Xxxxx Act (40 U.S.C. 3141-3144, and 3146-3148) as supplemented by Department of Labor regulations (29 CFR Part S, "Labor Standards Provisions Applicable to Contracts Covering Federally Financed and Assisted Construction").
CONTRACTOR shall prepare the Cost Report in accordance with all applicable federal, state and COUNTY requirements, GAAP and the Special Provisions Paragraph of this Contract.
All payments are interim payments only, and subject to Final Settlement in accordance with the Cost Report Paragraph of the Contract for which CONTRACTOR shall be reimbursed for the actual cost of providing the services hereunder; provided, however, the total of such payments do not exceed the Maximum Obligation as specified in the Referenced Contract Provisions of the Contract, and provided further, CONTRACTOR’s costs are reimbursable pursuant to COUNTY, state, and federal regulations.
Provisions with regard to short-term paid leaves shall not subject to local bargaining or amendment by local parties.
The Total Maximum Obligation of COUNTY for services provided in accordance with this Contract, and the separate Maximum Obligations for each period under this Contract, are as specified in the Referenced Contract Provisions of this Contract, except as allowed for in Subparagraph B.
