Public health means the level of well-being of the general
Public health or “DPH” means the Illinois Department of Public Health. BOARD NOTE: See the definition of “Agency” in this Section.
Public health means the science and practice of protecting and improving the health of a community through prevention and interventions that protect the entire population from illness, disease, and injury.
