Air Pollution Control. Contractor shall comply with all air pollution control rules, regulations, ordinances and statutes which apply to any work performed pursuant to the Contract, including rules promulgated by the Bay Area Air Quality Management District, the California Department of Public Health or any other applicable agency. In the absence of any applicable air pollution control rules, regulations, ordinances or statutes governing solvents, all solvents, including but not limited to the solvent portions of paint thinners, curing compounds, parts cleaners and degreasers and liquid asphalt used on the Project shall comply with the applicable material requirements of the Bay Area Air Quality Management District. All containers of paint thinner, curing compound parts cleaners and degreasers or liquid asphalt shall be labeled to indicate that the contents fully comply with said requirements. Material to be disposed of shall not be disposed of onsite (i.e. used up inappropriately or burned). Compressed gases contained within cylinders or aerosol cans shall never be released for any purpose other than that intended by the manufacturer.
Air Pollution Control. Prior to commencing the Work, if applicable, the Contractor shall obtain a permit from the Xxxxx County Department of Air Quality and Environmental Management. The Contractor shall perform the Work in a manner that does not discharge smoke, dust, or other air contaminants into the atmosphere from any source whatsoever, in violation of the laws, rules, and regulations of federal, state, and local government pertaining to air pollution including, but not necessarily limited to, the following:
Air Pollution Control. The Licensee shall comply with all air pollution control rules, regulations, ordinances and statutes that apply to the Work performed under the Contract, including any air pollution control rules, regulations, ordinances and statutes adopted under the authority of section 11017 of the Government Code. The Licensee must be eligible to perform work for the State, and is deemed eligible if not found to be in violation of any order, resolution, or regulation relating to air or water pollution adopted in accordance with Government Code section 4477.
Air Pollution Control. Design Build Entity and each Subcontractor shall comply with all State and/or local air pollution control rules, regulations, ordinances, and statutes that apply to any Work performed on the Project. If there is a conflict between the State and local air pollution control rules, regulations, ordinances, and statutes, the most stringent shall govern.

All containers of liquids, including, but not limited to, all containers of paint, thinner, curing compound, solvent or liquid asphalt shall be labeled to indicate that the contents fully comply with the applicable material requirements.
Air Pollution Control. 3.17.1 Contractor and each Subcontractor must comply with all air pollution control rules, regulations, ordinances, statutes, and Project-specific permit requirements of the Bay Area Air Pollution Control District and all other regulatory agencies that apply to any Work performed. If there is a conflict between the Bay Area Air Pollution Control District rules, regulations, ordinances, and statutes and the rules, regulations, ordinances, and statutes of other regulatory agencies, the most stringent shall govern.
Air Pollution Control. 39.1 During the Concession Period, the Concessionaire shall comply with the relevant provisions of the L.O.S., the E.l.S., the Detailed Scheme and all air pollution control laws, regulations and ordinances, applicable to the Construction, Operation and Maintenance or any part thereof.
Air Pollution Control. In 1968, SO2 levels in the city reached 2,000 µg/m3 (Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxxxxx et al., 2012). In response to these high levels the 38/1972 Act and the 833/1975 decree on Atmospheric Environment Protection were instigated and the Department of Environment (DoE) of the Basque country and the Basque Air Quality Surveillance and Control Network (AQSN) were created (Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxxxxx et al., 2012). Focus on improving air quality since the 1970s led to a 95% reduction of Bilbao’s SO2 emissions to around 15 µg/m3 in 2012 (AQSN 2011, cited by Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxxxxx et al., 2012). However such improvements have not occurred with levels of particulate matter (PM). Registered levels of PM10 in Bilbao in 2003 exceeded the legal limit fixed by the 1999/30/EC Directive (50 µg/m3) more than 35 times per year (AQSN 2011, cited by Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxxxxx et al., 2012) In reaction to the emission recorded in 2003, the Air quality Action Plan was developed in 2006 and updated in 2009 showing an improving compliance with pollutant thresholds (Xxxxxx 2006, and Xxxxxx 2009, cited by Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxxxxx et al., 2012). After participating in the Covenant of Mayors in 2012, Bilbao signed the Sustainable Energy Action Plan (SEAP). In SEAP Bilbao engages to prevent 251,428 tonnes of CO2e from being released (CASCADE, 2012). This corresponds to a 30.8% reduction compared to the 2005 baseline (CASCADE, 2012). This is to be achieved through “energy efficiency, sustainable transportation, renewable energy, generation and management of waste, water and environment” (CASCADE, 2012). In order to reach these objectives EUR 809m is to be invested from 2011 to 2020 (CASCADE, 2012).
Air Pollution Control. The PDBT shall report in writing to the Engineer, to the San Diego Air Pollution Control District, and to the Regional Office of the Environmental Protection CITY any discharge of smoke, dust, or any other air contaminants which are a violation of Federal, State, or Local law.
Air Pollution Control. 4.10.1. Seller and each Subcontractor must comply with all air pollution control rules, regulations, ordinances, statutes, and Project specific permit requirements of all regulatory agencies that apply to any work performed.
