The Reviewing Party may by giving written notice to the Publishing Party require the removal of any of the Reviewing Party’s Confidential Information from the publication.
If the Reviewing Party believes that delay is needed in order to seek patent or similar protection for any of the Reviewing Party’s Background IP or any Foreground IP, the Reviewing Party may by giving written notice to the Publishing Party require the Publishing Party to delay the proposed publication for a maximum of ninety (90) days or other such time as both Parties may agree, or until any affected IP is protected, whichever is the sooner.
The relevant Introducing Party or Owning Party may by giving written notice to the Publishing Party require the removal of any of such Confidential Information from the publication.
