Purchase Documents definition

Purchase Documents. The mortgage purchase agreements between Xxxxxxx Mac and its Mortgage sellers and servicers, which are the contracts that govern the purchase and servicing of Mortgages and which include, among other things, the Guide and any negotiated modifications, amendments or supplements to the Guide.
Purchase Documents means the Mortgage Sale Agreement, each Seller Assignment and Seller Power of Attorney, and all other certificates, instruments, Financing Statements, reports, notices, agreements and documents executed or delivered under or in connection with the Mortgage Sale Agreement in respect of a sale of Loans and their Related Security by the Seller to the Guarantor LP;
Purchase Documents means the collective reference to the Merger Agreement, all material exhibits and schedules thereto and all agreements expressly contemplated thereby.

More Definitions of Purchase Documents

Purchase Documents means this Agreement, the Notes, the Warrants and the Security Documents and all other agreements, instruments and documents delivered in connection therewith as any or all of the foregoing may be supplemented or amended from time to time.
Purchase Documents means this Agreement and any other certificate, document, instrument, stock power, or agreement executed in connection therewith, and any assignment or other agreement related to the Stock or any purchased assets.
Purchase Documents means this Agreement and all other agreements, documents or instruments to be executed in connection with this Agreement.
Purchase Documents means the Purchase Agreement, the Partial Assignment and any other agreement, document or certificate delivered or entered into pursuant to the foregoing, as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified.
Purchase Documents include and are not limited to the order confirmation email and invoice.
Purchase Documents means the Purchase Agreement and all schedules, exhibits and annexes to each of the foregoing, the Ancillary Documents (as defined in the Purchase Agreement) and all side letters, instruments and agreements affecting the terms of the foregoing or entered into in connection therewith.
Purchase Documents means collectively (1) the Purchase Agreement, (2) the Memorandum of Purchase Agreement executed by BNPLC and NAI as of the Effective Date and recorded to provide notice of the Purchase Agreement; and (3) the Pledge Agreement and all financing statements, notices, acknowledgments and certificates of deposit executed or delivered from time to time by NAI, BNPLC or the other parties to the Pledge Agreement pursuant to and as expressly provided therein.
