Agreement Documents definition

Agreement Documents means the instructions to proponents, scope of service, addenda, response to the RFP, and the acceptance of proposal together with all subsequently negotiated agreements, written amendments, modifications, and supplements to such documents and all written authorizations signed by the administrator(s) amending, deleting, or adding to the contract.
Agreement Documents means all of the following documents:

  • The Exchange Agreement Documents embody the entire agreement and understanding between the parties and supersede all other agreements and understandings between such parties relating to the subject matter hereof and thereof.

Agreement Documents means the documents listed in Article 5 of this Agreement.

To the extent of any conflict between this Agreement and other Agreement Documents, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.
Agreement Documents means the Documentation, the Order Form and Service Schedules.
