Purchase Plan definition

Purchase Plan means the LNR Property Corporation 2001 Senior Officers Stock Purchase Plan, as from time to time hereafter amended.
Purchase Plan means the Company's Employee Stock Purchase Plan adopted as the same shall be amended or modified to, but not on or after, any Effective Date.
Purchase Plan has the meaning specified in Section 10.09(b)(iii).
