Stock Plan definition

Stock Plan means any stock incentive, stock option, stock ownership or employee benefits plan of the General Partner.
Stock Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(b).
Stock Plan means any stock incentive, stock option, stock ownership or employee benefits plan now or hereafter adopted by the Company or the Partnership or any Subsidiary of the Partnership.

Examples of Stock Plan in a sentence

  • The Committee may from time to time adopt any rules or procedures it deems necessary or desirable for the proper and efficient administration of this Award and the LTIP, consistent with the terms hereof and of the Stock Plan.

More Definitions of Stock Plan

Stock Plan means any stock option or equity compensation plan of the Company in effect at any time, including without limitation the 1997 Incentive Stock Option Plan, the 1997 Nonqualified Stock Option Plan, and the 2000 Equity Incentive Plan.
Stock Plan means the then current stock incentive plan of the Company used to grant stock based awards to Eligible Directors.
Stock Plan means each of (i) the Dell 2012 Long-Term Incentive Plan, Dell 2002 Long-Term Incentive Plan, Dell 1998 Broad-Based Stock Option Plan, Dell 1994 Incentive Plan, Quest Software, Inc. 2008 Stock Incentive Plan, Quest Software, Inc. 2001 Stock Incentive Plan, Quest Software, Inc. 1999 Stock Incentive Plan, V-Kernel Corporation 2007 Equity Incentive Plan, and Force10 Networks, Inc. 2007 Equity Incentive Plan and (ii) such other equity incentive plans adopted, approved or entered into by the Corporation or its Subsidiaries pursuant to which the Corporation or its Subsidiaries have granted or issued Awards, including the Dell Technologies Inc. Amended and Restated 2013 Stock Incentive Plan.
Stock Plan means (i) BMBC’s Amended and Restated 2010 Long Term Incentive Plan; and (ii) any other stock option plan, stock option and stock appreciation rights plan, stock bonus plan, stock grant plan, or similar benefit plan established by BMBC and which exists for the benefit of the Employee at the time of a Change in Control.

Stock Plan means the Company’s 1995 Amended and Restated Stock Plan, as amended, as the same may be further amended from time to time, any successor plan to such plan and any additional equity incentive plan adopted by the Company.
