Purchaser Disclosure Letter definition

Purchaser Disclosure Letter means the disclosure letter delivered by the Purchaser to the Company at the time of execution hereof.

Purchaser Disclosure Letter means the Purchaser Disclosure Letter attached hereto, dated as of the date hereof, delivered by Purchaser in connection with this Agreement.

• Each reference in this Agreement, the Purchaser Disclosure Letter and the Seller Disclosure Letter to “the date of this Agreement”, “as of the date hereof” or words of similar import shall refer to May 6, 2020.

More Definitions of Purchaser Disclosure Letter

Purchaser Disclosure Letter means the disclosure letter dated the date of this Agreement and delivered by the Purchaser to the Company with this Agreement.

Purchaser Disclosure Letter shall have the meaning set forth in Article V.

Purchaser Disclosure Letter means the letter delivered by Purchaser to Sellers concurrently with the execution of this Agreement.

Purchaser Disclosure Letter means the disclosure schedules of Purchaser delivered concurrently with the execution of this Agreement.
