Company SEC Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 3.5(a).

Company SEC Documents shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.6(a).

Company SEC Documents means all of the reports, schedules, forms, statements and other documents (including exhibits and other information incorporated therein) filed with the SEC by the Company.

Company SEC Documents means all registration statements, proxy statements and other statements, reports, schedules, forms and other documents required to be filed or furnished by the Company with the SEC pursuant to the Exchange Act and the Securities Act and all exhibits included therein and financial statements, notes and schedules thereto and documents incorporated by reference therein, in each case, filed or furnished with the SEC.

Company SEC Documents means each form, report, schedule, statement and other document required to be filed by the Company since March 9, 2000 through the Closing Date under the Exchange Act or the Securities Act or by the rules and regulations of the NNM, and any amendment to such document filed through the date of this Agreement, whether or not such amendment is required to be so filed.

Company SEC Documents shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.4(a) hereof.
